Employee Self Service

Sodexo and ADP have joined forces to provide a comprehensive and efficient payroll system for Sodexo managers and employees.


Employee Self Service (ESS) is a tool that allows Sodexo managers and employees to track and update their individual payroll information, at their convenience.

Can Sodexo Contact You? Update your contact information to make sure we can reach you with timely and valuable information including Sodexo employment communications and important information from your benefits plan providers.

Is your tax information up to date? Make sure your withholdings are correct by using the W-4 Assistant in Employee Self Service (ESS).

Copies of your past W-2s from 2008 to present are available on ESS under Pay and Taxes Tab, select Annual Statements. For W-2 reprints from 2007 or previous years, you will need to use the W-2 Action Form


Use ESS for Your Food Safety Certification

Frontline employees can now record their non-Sodexo Food Safety License and Certification in Employee Self Service. This new feature is located under the Employee tab. More Information
