Educational Assistance

The Educational Assistance Program (also known as Tuition Reimbursement) gives money back to employees who take job-related classes or programs. Educational Assistance is available to all full-time employees with at least one year of service.

Educational Assistance is generally approved if the following are met:

bulletThe class must be job-related. 

bulletThe class must be offered at a high school, technical school, college, or training center. 

bulletA grade of "C" or better is needed. For classes where no grade is given, you must pass the class. 

bulletPayment is for tuition, registration costs, and laboratory fees.
