How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?
Log into to Employee Self Service (ESS) > Pay & Taxes tab > Direct Deposit
Employees without Internet access can use the Direct Deposit Form to add, change or delete account information for direct deposits. Completed forms needs to be faxed to 925 598 9558
Employees can also call the Employee Service Center at 877 PAYSDXO (729 7396), Option 1 for English or Option 2 for Spanish, Option 2, Press 0.
How long does it take for a new Direct Deposit to start, or for changes to an existing Direct Deposit to process?
When a new direct deposit account is set up or a change or deletion is made to your direct deposit information, it takes only two to three pay cycles for the information to go into effect. It is important to remember to allow for this time lapse, especially when changing banks.
I don’t have a bank account, can I still have Direct Deposit?
To use direct deposit, you must have a bank account. Sodexo has arrangements with two credit unions and several banking partners to provide our employees with exclusive services and rates. Check out their services here
An alternative solution for those without a bank account is the Money Network™ Service with a Bank of America Debit Card.
