Our team members make significant contributions that improve the quality of daily life for our clients, customers and in the communities we serve. In return, Sodexo is committed to caring for our employees in the same way that we care about our clients.

We know that one size does not fit all when it comes to benefits. Our employees come from all walks of life, with very different needs. From part-time student workers, to full-time employees putting their children through college, we strive to offer benefits that meet different needs and budgets.

For part-time employees, our benefits include a 401(k) savings plan with a match, an employee discount program, credit unions and service awards.

For full-time employees, our benefits include the ones listed above, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, tuition reimbursement, and LifeWorks, a program that provides support for personal and work-related concerns.

Paid time off for vacation, holidays and illness varies by work location and unit.

Resources for Full-Time Employees

Full-time benefits-eligible employees can go to the Sodexo Benefits Center to view personal benefits information and access benefits plan information and tools. Just log on to or call 855 668 5040. After you have logged on once, the website is accessible from any smart phone.

Resources for Part-Time Employees

Part-time employees can get information about medical benefits available to them through the public Health Insurance Marketplace (exchanges) by going to Sodexo Coverage Resources at or by calling 855 668 5040 to speak with a representative between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., ET, Monday through Friday. Sodexo offers this resource to make navigating the marketplace easier for you and your family. It’s a free website with a call center available in both English and Spanish. You’ll find that you also can link directly to more information about each health insurance option or to websites where you can purchase the coverage you want.

Part-time employees who do not have access to Sodexo benefits may be eligible for a subsidy. Depending on household size and income, the subsidy may be substantial. Go to to learn more about:
