Sodexo strives to improve the quality of life and personal well-being of our employees.


All Sodexo employees are automatically enrolled in the Eye Med Vision Care Discount Program.  This is a discount program that provides you and your family members discounts off the retail prices on eye exams, materials and lens options.  This plan is provided at no cost to you.

Sodexo also offers an Eye Med Select Vision Care Plan that you may enroll in.  This plan helps to pay for the costs of eye exams, eye glasses or contacts, and other vision services for you and your enrolled dependents.

Eye Med Select
Vision Care Plan

The EyeMed Select Vision Plan provided by EyeMed offers a broad range of vision services including:

  • Eye exams - $15 co-pay; contact lenses $25 co-pay

  • Eyeglasses or contacts (in lieu of eyeglass lenses) one time per plan per participant per calendar year (frames every two calendar years up to $130 retail value)

  • Contact lenses covered in full (up to $130 retail value) instead of eyeglasses

The plan also offers discounts on Laser Vision Correction - call 1-877-552-7376 or Mail Order Contact Lens Replacement - call 1-800-508-1399 or visit www.eyemedcontacts.com.

Participants can use in-nework or out-of-network providers which include Sears Optical, JC Penney Optical, Target Optical, and participating Pearle Vision Centers. The network also offers many independent private practices. However, participants will receive a higher when they use in-network providers.

Full-time, non-temporary employees and their dependents

EyeMed Vision Care Discount Program

The EyeMed Vision Care Discount Program is offered free to the employee and their immediate family members. The program provides discounts from the retail price on eye exams, materials and lens options. There are no enrollments, paycheck deductions, or limitations on the number or costs of examinations or materials purchased using the discounts. However, in-network providers must be used only.
