The program - which is free to all eligible Sodexo employees - matches you with your very own personal health coach who can help with the following:

• Managing your weight - English | Spanish

• Quitting smoking or using tobacco - English | Spanish

• Improving your ability to manage stress - English | Spanish

• And much more

The program is completely and confidential, and works around your busy schedule. There are no meetings or deadlines - you do the program at your pace, from the comfort of your own home.
