Disability coverage provides you with income if you become disabled and cannot work.


Sodexo offers both long and short term disability to protect your income should you become disabled.  These plans include:

FRONTLINE EMPLOYEES (Class Code 6):

  • Hourly Short Term Disability (HSTD)

  • Hourly Long Term Disability (HLTD)

SALARIED EMPLOYEES (Class Code 1-4):

  • Long Term Disability (LTD0

  • Disability Plus (DPlus)
